Club Penguin replied to my post. This is what they said-

Our website is currently undergoing some issues and our tech team has informed immediately. They working hard on getting it solved as soon as possible. I would like to assure you there is nothing wrong with your computer or your penguin account and no changes will need to be made on your computer. This is a problem on our end, and I recommend checking the website again periodically for the next while as the issue could take some time to fix.
Please note that although the site currently visible is under www.clubpenugin.com this is not an official Club Penguin site and we encourage you not to press on any of the links on this page.
We greatly appreciate your patience at this time and we hope to have your penguin waddling around our icy island once again.
